This project is an experimentation with partitive color, or optical mixing.​

The central concept draws inspiration from circus performance that involves stunts that uses trained lions and tigers. Through using contrasting colors, the two different sides convey different feelings despite using a similar pattern style. With this as the foundation, some of the minor details were drawn after the initial design was painted to experiment with the impact of details in a composition.
